Tizzy’s Concert Review: Fastball
Fastball performed at The Toad Tavern in Littleton tonight, and they played well to the intimate concert setting. Best known for their hit singles “The Way” and “Out Of My Head”, the band played songs off their new album as well as their better known ones. …
Local band The Trampolines opened for Fastball, and they had many fans in the place. Their acoustic sound played well in the Tavern, and their high energy rubbed off on everyone inside.
I must say that Fastball has some very dedicated fans. Even though this was a weeknight show, there were many people packed in the front dancing to every song. You’d never think that all these people needed to work the next day by the way they were rocking out! Fastball played a set that everyone could enjoy, even if you weren’t a die hard Fastball fan. One thing that was distracting about their set though was one of the band members rambled on too much between songs.
If you went to the show, I’d love to hear your thoughts! Below are just a few of my pictures (you can see more on my Facebook and MySpace profiles). Share yours too here!
