This sounds yummy and instead of crackers, my kids and I like to use their favorite cookie cutters to cut cute shapes from pie crust and bake that as a nice topper to the soup. My kids are ages 7, 6, and 4 yrs old and love to cook. They look forward to any recipe they can cook and share with everyone that comes to dinner. They also love any excuse to use a cookis cutter. So I really look forward to making this soup this weekend!!!
