“Twilight” star Robert Pattinson bolted on Ryan Seacrest during an interview on Seacrest’s radio show. Things were going fine until Seacrest asked him about his relationship with co-star Kristen Stewart. That’s when Pattinson’s handlers instructed him to get up out of the chair and they all split.
When “The Insider” asked “Twilight” star Taylor Lautner about the rumored romance between his co-stars, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, Taylor wouldn’t comment. And he also wouldn’t say much about HIS rumored relationship with Taylor Swift. Though he did say he was flattered when she gave him a shout-out on “Saturday Night Live.” …
The Los Angeles premiere of “Twilight: New Moon” was on Monday. And some surprising stars turned out to see it, including Richie Sambora, Emily Roberts, and 50 Cent. “Extra” talked to each of them on the red carpet.
Ryan Seacrest has won a 3-year restraining order against that guy who was stalking him.
Miley Cyrus doesn’t beat around the bush when it comes to the “Twilight” series. She doesn’t like it and has no plans to see “New Moon”. “I don’t believe in it,” she says. “I don’t like vampires.”
Johnny Depp has reportedly agreed a “basic” pay deal of $31 million dollars for making the latest Pirates of the Caribbean blockbuster. It will make Depp Hollywood’s highest-paid actor when he returns as Captain Jack Sparrow for the fourth film in the series. His paycheck could soar even HIGHER if the movie is a huge box-office hit. Stars Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom will not be returning for this episode. Geoffrey Rush will reprise his roll as Captain Barbossa and it is hoped that Penelope Cruz will be the female lead. The film is said to feature flashbacks to Jack’s early life.
Tonight on ABC World News, Janet Jackson will speak out for the first time about Michael’s death. “Good Morning America” showed a preview of it yesterday, and Janet says she blames Dr. Conrad Murray for her brother’s death.
The accountant Nicolas Cage is blaming (and suing) for his financial downfall is counter-suing claiming Cage was already a financial wreck when he was hired in 2001. His suit says Cage had already squandered tens of millions of dollars and owed millions of dollars in income taxes with no funds available to pay the tax debt. His suit specifically cites the year 2007, in which he says Cage bought 3 homes totaling more than $33 million and 22 cars, just to name a few of the things he spent money on that year. He says he warned the actor that he would have top make $30 million a year just to maintain his lifestyle at the time. The suit says things really got out of hand when Cage bought 2 “decrepit” castles in Europe that would have required millions of dollars just to make them habitable.
Two former Miss Universe contestants are stealing the sex tape scandal spotlight, after a home video hit the web featuring Miss Japan 2008 and Miss Trinidad and Tobago 2008 were show participating in a hardcore three-way with a guy, reportedly to be a professional photographer. Hiroko Mima (Japan) and Anya Ayoung-Chee (T&T) both competed in the 2008 Miss Universe pageant.
Sony Pictures Television and Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Productions are finalizing plans for a new syndicated daytime show featuring interior designer and Oprah Winfrey Show-regular Nate Berkus. Harpo has launched previous Oprah personality shows such as Dr. Phil and Rachael Ray. The new project should be ready for a fall 2010 debut. Berkus has been a featured design expert for The Oprah Winfrey Show since he first appeared in 2001. He also hosted Winfrey’s 2008 ABC reality series, Oprah’s Big Give.
Julianne Hough is walking away from “Dancing with the Stars”. She says she won’t sign on for season 10.
While promoting his new album, “Battle Studies,” John Mayer, (a notorious player) said he actually wants to explore his picket-fence options with somebody special. He says that all the relationships he’s had with women had the potential to go all the way…even the relationship he had with his high school sweetheart. Ryan O’Neal says he isn’t bitter about being left out of Farrah Fawcett’s will. “After discussing how her financial affairs would be handled in the event of her passing, we agreed that our son Redmond would be the primary beneficiary of her estate,” he said in a statement. “These were Farrah’s wishes and I am perfectly happy with them.”
The train wreck that is Lindsay Lohan took to Twitter in the wee hours yesterday to rip her ex-girlfriend, DJ Samantha Ronson. Lohan called Ronson a hypocrite for hanging out with “Twilight” actor Kellan Lutz after apparently claiming a desire for anonymity. Lohan had seen the pair together at a club the night before.
Syfy Channel will be celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday weekend with a three-day 007 film marathon featuring 16 James Bond films. It all starts on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26th at 8 in the morning.

A lawsuit was filed against Rod Stewart yesterday by a prominent entertainment law firm. The firm says Rod owes them $3.3 million in unpaid legal fees. No comment from Stewart’s camp yet.
Rihanna was joined on stage by Jay-Z as she launched her new album in London. They teamed up for “Run This Town” and “Umbrella” during the short promotional set.
Elton John spoke of his recovery from flu and an E. coli bacterial infection before his annual benefit for the Elton John AIDS Foundation in New York. “I had a good rest; I didn’t expect it,” he said. “The worst thing was having to cancel shows. I hate that. But I’m back on my feet and I’m bouncing around now.”
MTV Networks has acquired the exclusive TV rights to air Michael Jackson’s “This Is It”. The network gets its mitts on the film in 2011 and, according to the deal, will have the rights to air it for 6 years.
