TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan wants $100 million from E*TRADE because she believes their “milkaholic” baby featured in their Super Bowl commercial was modeled after her. The commercial features a baby named Lindsay, who in the spot, is accused of being the “other woman” in a baby love triangle. Lohan has filed the lawsuit in Nassau County Supreme Court in New York claiming that the company violated Lohan’s rights by using her “name and characterization” in business without paying her or getting her approval. Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, told TMZ it doesn’t matter that the commercial doesn’t mention the name Lohan, adding, “Do you know the name Oprah? Do you know the name Madonna? Same thing.” Adding, “If you look at the commercial as a whole, it’s Lindsay Lohan.” …

The Academy’s excuse that her body of work was largely television and that they “couldn’t include everyone” was lambasted by many. Friends and fans pointed out the questionable inclusion of “actor” Michael Jackson, who died on June 25, the same day as Fawcett. Jackson, a rep for the Academy said, posthumously starred in the hit documentary “This Is It” in 2009. “Think of the blogging we would have gotten if we had left him out!” said the rep.

On Monday, Victoria’s lawyer sent Dennis’ lawyer a letter informing him that Victoria had entered Dennis’ home and removed several items that she believes she is entitled to. Those, according to the letter, included her toothbrush, a cotton ball holder, an alarm clock, a coffee cup and some of those clips you use to keep chip bags closed. Full disclosure we guess.

Good luck with that, Lindsay.
This entire article is a prime example of the deluded, celebutante mindset in Hollywood. You’re in the public eye, sweetiekins, be prepared to be satired now and again, especially with your nimrod behavior.
Methinks Lindsay sees her career drying up before her and she is looking to line the nest of those lonesome has-been years ahead of time by playing the victim. What a twit this girl is.
