The big moment on last night’s “Dancing with the Stars” was a nip-slip from Nancy Grace.  And host Tom Bergeron had to fix it for her. Nancy Grace ended up getting 21 points for her quickstep.  But not before Len and Carrie Ann argued about whether it needed more “razmataz.”  Carrie Ann gave it a six, and Len gave it an eight.

Chaz Bono’s 17-point quickstep was the low score of the night.  The judges agreed it wasn’t quite quick enough.  Len joked that he moves faster through the car wash.

Paris Hilton handed out over $2,000 to poor families in Mumbia on Monday.  Paris was so emotional about the poverty situation in India, she decided to give away all of the cash she was carrying on her at the time to poor people in the area … more than $2,000 in total. Paris later tweeted, “India is beautiful, but some parts are very poverty stricken. Broke my heart to see babies sleeping on
the streets.”

is in India for the launch of a bunch of Paris Hilton stores.  And she’s also planning to start doing Bollywood films.  She says she’s been getting a lot of calls from producers there.

Ellen DeGeneres was tended to by EMT’s on Monday after she suffered chest pains during a meeting on the Warner Brothers lot. Someone on DeGeneres’ staff called 911 and the Burbank Fire Department dispatched a crew to check on her.  Ellen is reportedly fine and has been seen walking around the studio lot.

It’s now official: Warner Bros TV and Charlie Sheen have settled their legal disagreements.  Sheen filed a $100 million lawsuit against the studio and “Two and a Half Men” executive producer Chuck Lorre over his firing from the show. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality over the terms of the settlement. Financial details on the settlement were not released but besides back pay he is expected to continue to receive payments of the syndication of the show.

Axl Rose is having to fork over $53,000 to cover the damage he created on a Bentley he was leasing. Bentley Financial Services claims Rose leased a $192,000 Bentley Flying Spur back in 2005, and just beat it up,  eventually returning it with damages and fees totaling $73,000. Axl finally settled the case last week and agreed to pay $53,000.

Lady Gaga attended the $35,800 per couple Obama fundraiser Sunday at the home of Facebook’s Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg and David Goldberg in Atherton, Calif.  Gaga reportedly wore a black dress scalloped high plunge back and high heels.  She had a black flower in her hair with a black veil attached.

She thanked Obama for hosting his anti-bullying conference with Michelle Obama, and then made a general plea to everyone in the room, including the president, to do what they can to prevent bullying.

Conan O’Brien talked about Kate Middleton taking a class on how to be a queen, and joked that it’s taught by Elton John.

“Saturday Night Live”
announced Monday that former cast member Ben Stiller will host he October 8th broadcast.  He’ll be joined by musical guest Foster the People.  The following week, actress Anna Faris will host with music provided by Drake.

Pink Floyd’s 30 foot inflatable pink pig was sailing in the sky above London’s Battersea power station, to commemorate the re-release of 14 of the bands studio albums.  The scene recreated the album cover of their 1977 album, “Animals”.  The last time the band released the pig was in 1976 when the pig escaped and floated into the flight path of London’s Heathrow Airport before landing in a field.

Justin Timberlake has signed on to star and produce a movie about 70’s industry giant, Neil Bogart.  The Casablanca Records co-founder is credited with discovering KISS, Parliament, Donna Summer and The Village People.  Bogart died in 1982 from cancer at the age of 39.  The music producers son, Tom Bogart says even though his dad died at the age of 39, he lived to see all his dreams come true.

Laguna Beach actress, Kristin Cavallari and Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler called off their engagement in July but according to People Magazine, the two seem to be trying to get back together by working on their issues.  With Cavallari’s Dancing with the Stars schedule and Cutler’s football season underway, the two haven’t physically spent time together but are talking a lot.

Spencer Pratt is in trouble with his agent.  According to US Weekly, the 28 year old reality star owes his agency “hundreds of thousands of dollars in commissions” from the millions he and Montag, 25, earned during their run on the MTV reality show, The Hills.  According to a source, Pratt calls his agent up to 30 times a day but they just laugh and hang up on him.
