Iraq war vet J.R. Martinez and his partner Karina Smirnoff won season 13 of “Dancing with the Stars” last night. Afterward he thanked his fans, and his partner.

On “Nightline” this week, J.R. Martinez talked about being injured in Iraq.  He sustained burns on over 40% of his body in 2003, when the left front tire of the Humvee he was driving hit a landmine.

Just because “Dancing With The Stars” crowned a champion last night, doesn’t mean you can’t keep watching the show. The Game Show Network has acquired the exclusive rights to the repeats from Disney-ABC.  GSN will be airing seasons 4 through the current 13, beginning in January.

Mariah Yeater — Justin Bieber’s alleged baby mama — will submit her baby for DNA testing … this according to her legal team.  Attorney Jeffrey Leving tells TMZ … his client is NOT avoiding the DNA test, and can’t wait to compare baby Tristyn’s DNA with Justin Bieber’s.  But Leving says he DOES have a big problem with the DNA test Justin has already taken, because a member of Yeater’s team was not present while it was administered and he has no idea if the test was done using proper controls.

Although members of Justin’s team have told TMZ Yeater and her team had gone radio silent since Justin took the test on Friday, Leving says his co-counsel has been in touch with Justin’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, Monday and Tuesday.  Leving says he hopes both sides will reach an agreement on a DNA protocol.  Weitzman could not be reached for comment.

Jimmy Kimmel said 46 million turkeys were killed for Thanksgiving, and added that another two million will be killed in snowboarding accidents this year.

Believe it or not, Walgreens is selling “Jersey Shore” Christmas ornaments of Snooki, The Sitch, and Pauly D. The cost, $5.99 a piece! Each ornament features each character dressed in their signature look.  The Situation reveals his abs, Pauly D wears a tank and headphones and Snooki wears a very short dress.  Each ornament also comes with a warning label.  “Children under 14 are not allowed to use ornaments”.

Joe Namath has been featured in an HBO documentary.  HBO Sports films debuts the story of the NY Jets quarterback on January 28th.

Trying to deflect criticism from herself after a 72 day marriage after a multi-million dollar wedding, Kim Kardashian tells Us Weekly that Kris Humphries was the reason for the break up.  Reportedly,  Kardashian’s hubby loved the perks of being married to a well known celebrity and started making demands for free stuff and special treatment wherever he went in New York and Los Angeles.  It’s also being said that he was verbally abusive to Kim tearing her down in front of others and calling her stupid.  Perhaps the worst offense was that he called her a “fat ass” and then would scope out other women at clubs. One source said that when Kim asked her husband to skip the nights out in favor of quality time, “He would tell her she was acting like too much of a wife and ‘get over it.”

New York Jets coach Rex Ryan was fined $75,000 Monday, for screaming an obscenity at a heckling fan on November 13th, as the Jets lost to the Patriots.  Apparently, the spectator yelled, “Hey, Rex, Belichick is better than you!” and Rex replied with a curse.  Ryan apologized and accepted the fine. “I won’t appeal it,” he says.
