Drew Barrymore is a new mom! The actress and husband Will Kopelman welcomed a baby girl, Olive Barrymore Kopelman, last Wednesday but just released the news. Barrymore and Kopelman tied the knot June 2 at her Montecito, California, home and had their honeymoon in Big Sur.
Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have not only reunited personally, but they’re about to reunite professionally. “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2″ will kick off its promotional push in mid-October, giving fans a chance to see thattheir beloved Edward and Bella have made it through the trauma. According to Deadline.com, Stewart and Pattinson will begin the tour separately, as he heads to Australia and she goes to Japan for the week of Oct. 21-28. Then, the entire cast will reconvene in Los Angeles for a junket for the week of Oct. 28-Nov. 3rd. Both stars will walk the red carpet on Nov. 12th at the world premiere in Los Angeles and then will head to London, Madrid, and Berlin.
October 23rd would have been Katy Perry and Russell Brand’s second wedding anniversary. So what’s Katy doing to mark the occasion? She’s having a party. A source says, quote, “Katy has been dreading October 23rd for weeks now and has been trying to think of ways to turn it into something positive. “It’s her birthday two days later and the last thing she wanted to do was spend that week depressed and miserable, which would then mean not doing anything to celebrate her birthday. “She has decided to call it her divorce party and it will be a day of doing what she loves with her favorite people.”
Arnold Schwarzenegger said yesterday that he almost ruined his most famous line. He tried to get James Cameron to let him say, “I WILL be back,” in “The Terminator” instead of “I’ll be back.” He couldn’t say the word “I’ll” because of his accent. But Cameron said he wrote the line that way, so Arnold had to live with it and obviously it became one of the most famous lines in movie history.
Taylor Swift was on “Good Morning America” yesterday, and they gave her a chance to talk about her new boyfriend Conor Kennedy. And though she built her whole career around talking about her relationships, suddenly she had nothing more to say. She actually said she prefers to write about relationships in her songs, and keep the details to herself when she does interviews.
Jimmy Kimmel joked last night about Justin Bieber getting sick during the first show of his new tour. He said it happened twice, so maybe the songs were trying to tell him something.
Not only did the show “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” get renewed on TLC, but the family also got a huge increase in their payday….and they didn’t even have to ask for it. It’s being reported the family received between $5,000 and $7,000 an episode at the beginning of the series. However, after the second episode it was apparent to TLC they had a big hit on their hands, so the network boosted their take home to nearly $20,000 an episode and volunteered to cover a number of expenses. While the network tried to get the family a larger and more secure home, June (the mom) turned down the offer saying she wants to stay in the house because they make a big deal of it decorating for the neighborhood for Christmas. She is also turning down the idea of signing with an agent saying she is afraid that person might force her to make appearances that might take her away from her family.
Sheryl Crow is trying to sell her Hollywood Hills estate for $16 million … While that’s a huge hunk of change, the property comes with three houses on 11 acres of land. The grounds have an infinity pool, a campsite area, a teepee and hiking trails. House #1 (the main house) includes 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, Spanish-style architecture, a library, wine cellar and chef’s kitchen. House #2 has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and panoramic views of Hollywood. NCIS star Mark Harmon received the 2,482nd star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Monday, honoring the career of an actor who has starred in eight series since 1978 and received two Emmy nominations. The star is located in front of Dillon’s Irish Pub on Hollywood Boulevard. “I’m extremely thankful,” Harmon said. “I don’t take any of this easily. … I’m really fortunate to get up every morning and go do a job I love going to.” Born Sept. 2, 1951, in Burbank,

Two NASA satellites recorded radio waves that come from radiation belts in space that circle the Earth, and NASA put the audio up online yesterday. Other than crickets, there’s not much else in nature to compare it to. It sounds a lot like old ’50s and ’60s sci-fi soundtracks, maybe. The radiation belts don’t make any actual sounds, in case you were wondering. This audio comes from measurements of their density, translated into audio signals.
Adele did the theme song for the upcoming James Bond movie, “Skyfall” . . . and a preview was released on SoundCloud yesterday. It’ll be available for download on iTunes this Thursday.
Remember that stuff Christina Aguilera said about being a “fat girl”, and telling people in the entertainment industry that they’re just going to have to deal with it? Well, she never said it. Her rep says, “The quotes are 100% false.”
The season 7 “Bachelorette” contestant, Ashley Hebert has officially set a date for her wedding to Bachelorette winner J.P. Rosenbaum, who proposed to her on the show’s August 2011 finale. The couple will get married this December and their wedding will be televised! “My dress will not be white!” Hebert warns us. Ashley recently relocated from New York City to New Jersey to be with construction manager Rosenbaum.
David Letterman is telling his viewers: Don’t vote for Mitt Romney if he doesn’t appear on my show “If he’s not here in 39 days, don’t vote for him…I’m serious about this,” Dave said on Friday’s show, adding: “The Romney people have done a first-rate job of snubbing us. What I’m getting a whiff of here is that he’s yellow.”
Axl Rose has agreed to a very rare television interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote the upcoming Guns N’ Roses shows at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The “Appetite for Democracy” shows begin October 31st and run for 12 dates through November 24th. Axl will appear on the show on Wednesday, October 24th.
The premiere of “Liz and Dick” starring Lindsey Lohan as Elizabeth Taylor will debut on the Lifetime Channel on November 25th. The story follows the passionate, yet stormy love affair of Taylor and Richard Burton.
TV, film, stage, and singing star Seth MacFarlane will host the 85th Academy Awards. The Emmy-winning TV animation mogul was also behind the huge R-rated comedy motion picture “Ted”. The $420 million worldwide box office hit was MacFarlane’s feature directorial debut… He also co-wrote and produced and voiced the title character as well.
“Saturday Night Live” will return with three new back to back shows, starting October 6th with host Daniel Craig and musical guest Muse. Christina Applegate returns as host on October 13. Her musical guest will be Passion Pit. Their new album debuted at number four on the Billboard Alternative charts. On October 20, multi-platinum singer/songwriter/producer Bruno Mars will pull double duty as host and musical guest.
Irish comedian, Patrick Kielty and Cat Deeley got married in a secret ceremony in Rome over the weekend. The couple, nicknamed PatCat, gave even their families just a couple of days notice of the big event. Sixty friends and family attended the intimate service. The pair got married at St Isidore’s College Church, which specializes in giving Irish people dream weddings close to the Vatican. Patrick flew out his Belfast priest friend, Father Gary Donegan to
conduct mass at Saturday’s ceremony. Guests were given flights to Rome on Friday and Saturday paid for by the couple. The two have known each other for for over ten years, but only decided to start dating ten months ago.
Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer welcomed a baby boy on Sunday night with her financier husband Zachary Bogue. The couple has decided to crowd source the name for their son. The Silicon Valley mogul’s new title as mom comes after 13 years at Google and a recent move to Yahoo in July. I’m sure the family will tweet the name soon.
Kelsey Grammer says he doesn’t care if Piers Morgan has banned him for life from his CNN show. Grammer says the host is so irrelevant, it’s not worth his time to be upset. Kelsey became persona non grata at Morgan’s show last month when he walked off the set after the network aired a photo of his ex-wife, Camille Grammer, in the opening credits. There had been an agreement the show would not use her photo.
