Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Glop
Not only does it sound good but it’s also fun to say!
Ingredients:
Frozen chicken (2-4 breasts)
1 can of corn
1 can of black beans
1 can of rotel (or your favorite salsa)
2 packages of cream cheese
1 cup of water (keeps things nice and moist)
salt and pepper to taste
Add everything into the crockpot in the morning. Cook low for 6-7 hours (stir once in the middle if you can, if not no biggie). If it is getting dry add a little water. Stir well at the end. The chicken will shred itself it is so tender, and the cream cheese may need a little mixing in.
Serve as a dip with chips, over rice, or in a burrito.
