Trick or Treat Jessica Simpson! The new mom has done very well in shedding her post baby weight and showed off her slim curvy frame in a sexy medieval wench costume. Simpson recently admitted that she’s lost 60 pounds since she joined Weight Watchers, and it definitely shows. “I thought my doctors were telling me that it was just a lot of water and whenever my water broke my whole entire stomach would go down, said Jessica, but that did not happen. All the weight did not come out with the baby!”
Jimmy Kimmel picked the wrong week to bring his late night show to Brooklyn, but he did get Dave Letterman as a guest. Dave talked about his experience taping two shows without a studio audience. He said it showed how unfunny he really is. It was a lot more like the way people watch the show at home in complete silence.
You’d think the LAST thing Seaside Heights needs right now is to see the “Jersey Shore” cast return. But apparently, that’s exactly what MTV is thinking about doing. RadarOnline.com claims network executives are kicking around the idea of dispatching the cast back to Seaside Heights to shoot some sort of Hurricane Sandy “clean-up” special. A so-called “insider” says, quote, “The honchos at the network think it would be a tremendous boost for Seaside Heights as the town begins to rebuild to have the kids be a part of it.” Supposedly, this is no more than a TERRIBLE idea at this point.
The boardwalk t-shirt store made famous by “Jersey Shore” was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. The storm caused severe water damage to a lot of the merchandise — including t-shirts and jewelry display cases — as well as screen
printing equipment. The rolling steel doors in front of the shop were totally bashed in. The “Jersey” shore cast all tweeted their concerns during the storm Wednesday, claiming they couldn’t believe the extent of the damage.
They took on the presidential election last night on “30 Rock”. Jack took the pro-Mitt Romney stance, and Liz took the pro-President Obama stance and they argued over who should be the president.
George Lucas stands to profit around $4 billion from the sale of his Lucasfilm and its “Star Wars” franchise to Walt Disney Pictures and the director says he plans to put the money to good use. Most of the money will be put into the Lucas Foundation created to support educational issues.
“America’s Got Talent” is said to be going through yet another big change. While it’s certain Sharon Osbourne will not return, it’s looking more and more unlikely that Howard Stern will be coming back too. Howard dropped a big hint
on his radio show saying he may not return. Simon Cowell and NBC have some time on their hands because auditions for AGT start in Los Angeles next month, however, judges auditions don’t start until February.
Bachelorette stars, Jef Holm and Emily Maynard seem to be miserable without each other. Holm has tweeted messages about missing her and losing the best thing that ever happened in his life. Emily, 26, is clearly missing having Jef in her life also, as she has become her daughter Ricki‘s new soccer coach, a position that previously belonged to Jef. Both of The Bachelorette stars appear to be lost without each other. Maybe there will be a reconciliation?
“True Blood” actress Evan Rachel Wood and “Billy Elliot” star Jamie Bell got married on Tuesday in front of a small group of family and friends in California. The two met in 2005 when co-starring in Green Day’s music video for “Wake Me Up When September Ends” and began dating. They split after a year but got back together last summer before Bell popped the question in early 2012. While this is the first marriage for both of them, Wood had previously been engaged to Marilyn Manson in 2010, but the wedding was called off.
“The Voice” judge, Cee Lo Green is the target of an LAPD sexual battery investigation but the singer is adamant he did NOTHING wrong. According to law enforcement sources, a woman recently filed a police report with the LAPD,
accusing “The Voice” judge, real name Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, of a sexual assault. LAPD isn’t saying anything about who the victim is, or when and where the alleged incident happened…or even what CeeLo was reported to have done.
The singer denies any wrongdoing. The investigation is still in its early stages.
Last week, Lindsey Lohan couldn’t believe all the fuss that was being made about the upcoming hurricane Sandy…she was so nonchalant about the dangers that she nicknamed the hurricane “Sassy’. In the meantime, Sandy dumped boats on the front yards of Dina Lohan and several of her neighbors. A fallen tree also ripped a hole in the roof of her house. How’s that for karma miss Sassy?
Country music star, Shooter Jennings for some reason decided to unload on singer, John Mayer. The son of the legendary Waylon Jenning blasted Mayer on Twitter saying, “I love how the ‘neil young of our generation’ self-naming king douche grows his hair out + buys a place in Montana just to do [Rolling Stone] article.” Shooter continues, “Claims he’s ‘done w hollywood game’ and has ‘roots’ and then immediately cuts hair, goes back to hollywood clubs + starts
banging Katy Perry.” Shooter also let it be known that Mayer’s guitar playing leaves much to be desired saying he knows players who could wipe their (butts) with him.
