Lindsay Lohan has been arrested again, this time after allegedly punching Tiffany Ava Mitchell, 28, in the face at “Avenue” nightclub in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood Thursday morning.
Lindsay and her entourage tried to outrun the police when they arrived by sneaking out the back door and into her black SUV, but she was stopped as the vehicle was leaving. Lohan got out of the car and was put into handcuffs, which she protested. The victim’s husband said he didn’t know exactly what happened, suddenly this blonde woman was beating on his wife. They didn’t even know it was Lindsay until the police arrived. Mitchell operates two psychic vision shops in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach, Florida. The actress will likely be charged with third degree assault. Sources said Lohan was not drunk when she was arrested. Officers took Lohan into custody about 4am and released later that morning. Lindsey is due back in court on January 11th.
Lindsay’s dad Michael got asked last night for his opinions on the nightclub fight. He says he heard the other girl got a little obsessed. And he doesn’t know who started the fight.
Following Lindsay’s arrest, her assistant, Gavin Doyle, is speaking out about the incident on Twitter, urging Lilo to get help. “@lindsaylohan after bailing you out last night I HOPE and PRAY you get the help you so desperately need. We are ALL rooting for you. xxx,” he writes, later adding, “Life is NOT a movie it’s a reality that needs to be faced.” Lindsay was so angry, she kicked Gavin out of the car when he came to pick her up from jail and told him to never speak to her again. Doyle is also the one that Lindsay said was driving when she rear ended the 18 wheeler on Pacific Coast Highway in June. Lohan was formally charged Thursday with allegedly lying to police in connection with the accident.
BTW…there are so many stories of what happened inside the bar…some say that Lindsay was very drunk and jealous that Max from “The Wanted” was talking to other girls…another story says that Mitchell offered Lindsay a free “psychic reading”. Lindsay supposedly called Mitchell a “f*cking gypsy, who took it as a racial slur. Mitchell commented about Lindsay being a loser and how her movie Liz and Dick sucked and that’s when Lindsay punched her out. Another story says that Mitchell was trying to avoid a confrontation another couple in the club was having, and happened to step into Lindsay’s area in the VIP section.
While Jessica Simpson hasn’t come right out and confirmed that she’s pregnant again, she has been talking about getting married to her fiancee, Eric Johnson before the second baby arrives. Jessica Simpson hasn’t get confirmed that she’s pregnant with her second child yet, but those closest to her are saying that the exciting news is acting as a much-needed push for Simpson to get her wedding with Eric Johnson underway. Simpson is reportedly only about nine weeks along.
According to sources, the 32-year-old Weight Watchers spokeswoman is considering a February or March wedding.
Conan O’Brien talked about the police officer who gave shoes to a homeless man. He said Nicolas Cage was very thankful for the shoes.
Jay Leno talked about President Obama and Mitt Romney having lunch together at the White House yesterday. He said Romney offered to buy the lunch, but Obama said it was “on their grandchildren.”
Michael Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson suffered a stroke on Thursday morning and was taken to a Las Vegas hospital for treatment. The stroke was mild and very much like the previous two that Jackson has suffered. The 83 year old is said to be in good spirits. While Michael’s parents, Joe and Catherine are still married, they live two separate lives. He resides in Vegas and she in Calabasas, California with Michael’s three kids.
Thank God for people with too much time on their hands. Someone online figured out that if you slow down Nicki Minaj, she sounds like a gay version of Jay-Z. Or ‘Gay-Z.’
Even in death, fighter, Hector “Macho” Camacho has been shaking things up. A couple of fights occurred during the second day Camacho’s body was available for viewing, including one brawl between two women claiming to be his girlfriend. The altercation between the women started when Cynthia Castillo kissed Camacho while he was in his casket, then walked back to the area reserved for the slain boxer’s family to find her plate of food overturned. Castillo claims to be Camacho’s most recent girlfriend, but she ended up getting into a physical altercation with Camacho’s sisters Esther and Estrella and a woman named Gloria Fernandez, who says she’s been Camacho’s girlfriend for 25 years. Another fight broke out that day between bantamweight champion Wilfredo Vazquez and a man named Jorge Lozada.
Dolly Parton answered a series of rapid fire questions during her appearance on “Live with Kelly and Michael”. Here are her questions and answers:

Boy, meet world! “Wonder Years” star Fred Savage and his wife, Jennifer, welcomed a son recently. Fred made the announcement on Twitter along with a photo of the baby’s hand. The baby’s name and date of birth have not been mentioned, in fact, no one even knew Jennifer was pregnant. Fred and Jennifer also have two other children– 6-year-old son, Oliver, and 4-year-old daughter, Lily.
Gary Dourdan will avoid jail time after facing felony battery charges stemming from an alleged altercation with his ex-girlfriend back in November 2011. The former”CSI” star pleaded no contest to one count of felony Corporal Injury to a Cohabitant of Former Cohabitant and was sentenced to five years formal probation instead. Dourdan was also ordered to complete 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling and is not allowed to have contact with his ex, Nicole Vail Cannizzaro, while on probation.
Richard Karn, who played Al Borland on “Home Improvement” will be making a guest star appearance on Tim Allen’s new sitcom, “Last Man Standing”. Karn will play Bill, a gruff good old boy and the Outdoor Man’s original architect. He is dumbfounded when he learns he may be losing the account to a young, gorgeous woman who he assumes got the job because of her good looks. The episode is slated to air in early 2013.
Richard Dean Anderson, who played MacGyver for seven seasons has been tapped to guest star on “Don’t Trust the B–in Apartment 23″. Anderson will cameo as himself. An airdate for his episode has yet to be determined.
BET is creating a new show called, “Real Husbands Of Hollywood“… The series features Nick Cannon, husband of Mariah Carey; Boris Kodjoe, husband of Nicole Ari Parker; Duane Martin, husband of Tisha Campbell-Martin; J.B. Smoove, husband of Shahidah Omar; and Robin Thicke, husband of Paula Patton. Jay Leno, Shaquille O’Neal, Cedric the Entertainer and Nelly are among those scheduled to make guest appearances. The show is set to debut on January 15th.
Glee: The Music, The Christmas Album Vol. 3, will hit the stores on Tuesday, December 11th. The album features timeless holiday classics, including “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas,” “White Christmas,” and “Jingle Bell Rock.” Six of the tracks recorded will be included on the holiday themed episode of Glee, which airs Thursday, December 13th.
Ben Affleck got nailed with a parking citation in Santa Monica on Wednesday. The 40-year-old came back from strolling with one of his daughters to find a ticket on the windshield of his Land Rover.
Former “Sons of Anarchy” actor Johnny Lewis did not have drugs — of any kind – in his system when he killed his landlady and then fell off a roof to his death… this according to the autopsy report. Lewis’ autopsy results were released Thursday, and revealed he was clean of alcohol and drugs during the bizarre incident back in September.
