“Homeland” star, Claire Danes and husband, Hugh Dancy welcomed their first child…a son named Cyrus Michael Christopher Dancy on Monday. Danes, who won an Emmy in September for her role as bipolar CIA-agent Carrie Matheson on the hit Showtime drama, wed Dancy, 37, in a private ceremony in France in 2009.

Michael Kors will not be returning as a “Project Runway” judge for the design competition’s 11th cycle.  Kors, who had been with the show from the beginning, will be replaced by “featured judge” Zac Posen on the upcoming season. Kors will return as the guest judge for the finale. Posen will join returning judges Heidi Klum, who also hosts the Lifetime show, and Marie Claire fashion director Nina Garcia. (more…)

Ellen told a funny story yesterday about finding a roll of film in her dresser drawer.  She said it’s impossible to get film developed these days.  She asked Siri on her iPhone where to find the nearest one-hour photo center… and Siri said to get in her car and drive in reverse until she got to 1994.

Getting engaged over the weekend was the first American Idol winner, Kelly Clarkson! She and boyfriend, Brandon Blackstock, son of her manager, Narvel Blackstock and step son of Reba McIntyre, announced on twitter on Saturday that they were engaged. The two have been dating for about ten months.  Kelly tweeted a photo of the gigantic ring, a yellow canary diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds.  No wedding date has yet been announced.
