The biggest drop belonged to Kim Kardashian, who went from No. 8 to No. 98 in 2013, almost falling off the list entirely. Perennial placers Jessica Alba, Gisele Bundchen, Jennifer Lopez and Megan Fox all failed to make the cut this year.
Lindsay Lohan will find out today whether she’s going to jail for 8 months for violating her parole, or if she’ll luck out and be able to walk out of the courtroom unscathed. Lohan could get 245 days in prison, and that’s not including any jail time she’ll incur for lying to police officers following her car accident in June. She is being arraigned Wednesday, and if she is charged,then the judge on the case will revoke her probation and then set another court hearing to “formally decide if Lindsay violated the terms of her probation by breaking the law again.”
The 26 year old art dealer Vito Schnabel, who just made headlines for dating 50-year-old actress Demi Moore are no longer an item. Schnabel put the brakes on after Moore cramped his style during the Art Basel festival in Miami. Reportedly, Schnabel wants his art to be taken seriously, and not be viewed as a person who gains attention by dating celebrities. Moore was sort of out of control down in Miami, with several photos of her wild escapades making it on the internet. Not so attractive, Demi. Moore and Schnabel met at a party for Naomi Campbell’s boyfriend in November.
Megan Fox’s new baby might be one of the best things that ever happened to her but it could be one of the WORST things that happens to us. She’s thinking of RETIRING from the sexy photos business, so her kid doesn’t have to see them later. (–She talks about the chance that her son’s school friends might show him old pictures of her from Maxim and other magazines . . . and boys don’t want to have to think of their moms that way.)
Norah Jones’ father, Ravi Shankar, who became a hippie musical icon of the 1960s after hanging with the Beatles has died. Shankar had been suffering from upper respiratory and heart problems and had undergone heart-valve replacement surgery last week. He was 92. Labeled “the godfather of world music” by George Harrison, (Beatles) he pioneered the concept of the rock benefit with the 1971 Concert For Bangladesh.
Ben Affleck is one of Barbara Walters’ Most Fascinating People of 2012. And in a new preview, she asks him who’s sexiest . . . him, Matt Damon, or George Clooney. He gives Matt Damon the edge, because Matt just shaved his head, and Ben goes for bald guys. The special airs tonight on ABC.
It’s being reported that “Harry Potter” cast members have been secretly filming scenes for a ninth movie installment at the Potter studios in Hertfordshire, UK. The “mini movie” will be played at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park attraction at Universal Orlando in Florida. The movie will also be shown at Potter theme park attractions, which are yet to be built, in California and Japan.
The tv show, “Dallas”, will work Larry Hagman’s death into the upcoming second season of the show. The March 11th episode of the program will find the characters mourning the loss of his character, J.R. Ewing. Hagman had completed filming a number of Season 2 episodes before his sudden passing. Season 2 of Dallas premieres on January 28th.
Terry Bradshaw has released a Christmas song. Yes, football Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw. It’s called “Lights of Louisiana” . . . and it’s streaming now on Billboard.com.
Conan O’Brien made a joke last night about the end of the world coming right in the middle of the holiday season. He says there’s five days left of Hanukkah for the Jews, 14 days until Christmas for the Christians, and 10 days left to live for the Mayans.
Charlie Sheen’s 2nd ex-wife, Denise Richards, is taking care of his 3rd ex-wife’s twins while Brook Mueller returns to rehab for the 19th time. Charlie’s schedule for his show “Anger Management” made it impossible for him to care for the twins by himself. Not only is Brooke confident the kids will be well cared for, but Charlie is also happy Denise is taking care of all his small children.
Lead singer of Florence + the Machine, Florence Welch were halfway through their concert in Aberdeen, Scotland’s AECC arena when a fight broke out near the stage. Rather than sing through the ruckus … Florence stopped the show entirely to give the troublemakers a lesson in manners, saying, “No fighting allowed … It doesn’t matter whose fault it is … seriously all of you, STOP IT.” The culprits apparently dropped their gloves … and Florence — who noticed a female fan had started crying during the melee — jumped into the crowd to give her a hug.
Miley Cyrus had a sad day on Tuesday. She announced on Twitter that her dog, Lila had died. “I have never been so hurt in my life,” she wrote Tuesday. “My heart has never been so broken….. Lila my sweet baby girl has passed away.”Cyrus did not mention the cause of death for the Yorkie. An avid dog lover, Miley has four other rescues with fiancé Liam Hemsworth: Ziggy, Floyd, Mary Jane and Happy. Just last month, she supported sister Noah in adopting a mutt puppy named Penny Lane. Lila first joined the Cyrus household in 2011, and she’s been family ever since.
Micheal Jordan is getting ready to finally move into his big new 11 bedroom home/palace in Jupiter, Florida. Jordan has been building the 28,000 square foot estate for the past three years. The home sits on three acres of land in the middle of the exclusive Jack Nicklaus Bear Club golf course community. (It’s also where Tiger Woods lives). The compound is made up of the main house, the pool house, the guest house and a 2 story guard house. It also contains a state of the art home theater and a full size basketball court, of course.
So what kind of music does Mariah Carey listen to when she’s rockin’ her husband Nick Cannon? Her own, of course. When it’s time for sex, the deed is done to her music. Nick spilled too much information about his sex life on the Howard Stern show Tuesday morning. Nick even said that he pleasures himself listening to his wife’s music.
