The CBS Standard And Practice department has issued a “Wardrobe Advisery” to the Grammys in advance of the broadcast this Sunday, saying that talents’ wardrobes must make sure not to show any genitalia. Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered. Thong type costumes are problematic. Please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack. Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic. Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples. Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible “puffy” bare skin exposure. This as well, pertains to audience members that appear on camera, says the network. Barbara Walters called in to the show yesterday to talk about how she was recovering from the chicken pox. She says she’s not in pain, but she’s weak and tired, and she doesn’t expect to come back to “The View” for three weeks.
Kris Jenner paid a visit to “The View” yesterday. She was talking at one point about her daughter Kim’s divorce from Kris Humphries. She tried to make us believe that the stress from the divorce was threatening Kim’s baby. Kris says doctors told Kim to cut down on her stress levels before they become a problem. Humphries wants an annulment instead of a divorce, which is why he’s been dragging things out for the past year and a half.
So Kim Kardashian is asking a judge to declare her marriage to Kris Humphries over, immediately, so that she won’t still be married to him when she gives birth to Kanye West’s baby this summer. Kardashian is requesting either a speedy trial date for the divorce action or, at the least, to have the marriage legally dissolved while other issues, including potentially finances, are battled in court. The problem remains that Humphries is seeking an annulment of their short lived marriage on the basis of fraud. He counters that an “apparently unplanned pregnancy” by another man is no reason to expedite the litigation.The baby is due early July.
If you can believe it, Chris Brown showed up in an L.A. courthouse on Wednesday WITH RIHANNA…. the woman he was convicted of beating in 2009! Chris had to show up in court to dispute an allegation by the D.A. that he didn’t fully complete his community service he was sentenced to WHEN HE BEAT UP RIHANNA! Prosecutors believe Chris participated in a scheme to DUPE the court by getting Virginia officials to say he completed service at a day care center that he never actually performed. The judge said he needed more time to review all of the evidence and ordered Brown to meet with his probation officer within 48 hours to discuss the situation. The judge set a court hearing for April 5th. Brown and Rihanna left the courtroom arm-in-arm.
We’ve heard plenty of reasons why Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez broke up. This one’s brand new and completely out of left field, but here it is “Life & Style Weekly” claims that early in the relationship, Justin cheated with Rihanna and Selena just recently found out about it. A source says, quote, “It devastated her. It really cut like a knife because it happened in February of 2011, when Selena and Justin had been dating for months and were falling in love. It’s caused Selena to question their entire relationship.” The hookup allegedly went down after Justin and Selena met at the NBA All-Star Game that month. According to this timeline, Justin would have been about a week shy of his 17th birthday. Rihanna would have been 22. Justin’s rep says it isn’t true.

Actor, John Corbett has been signed up for the “NCIS: Los Angeles” spin-off. He will play a character named Roy Quaid, a former NCIS agent who was forced to leave the field but still works as an analyst and is the senior member of his team. The spinoff will be introduced in an episode of “NCIS: LA” in the spring. If it goes forward, the show will focus on a team of agents who work cases across the country. Corbett’s other credits include “Parenthood,” “Northern Exposure” and “My Big Fat Greek Wedding.”
TLC has given the green light to a sixth season of Toddlers & Tiaras. The series, perhaps best known for spawning the spinoff Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, will debut 13 new episodes this summer, showcasing all-new families. TLC also ordered eight more episodes of its new reality series, Cheer Perfection, about the world of competitive all-star cheerleading. “

“Xena: Warrior Princess” star Lucy Lawless has been sentenced to 120 hours of community service, after she and six others illegally boarded an oil drill ship to protest drilling in the Arctic. After boarding the vessel, they remained camped out foe over 70 hours, before being removed by police. Each defendant was also ordered to pay $651.44.
Stuart Freeborn, the makeup artist responsible for “Star Wars” characters Yoda and Chewbacca, has died. He was 98. Freeborn’s other film credits include Stanley Kubrick’s “2001: A Space Odyssey” and “Doctor Strangelove” as well as the Christopher Reeve “Superman” film series. Stuart’s family says he died of complications related to old age.
British pop band, The Wanted is getting it’s own reality show. The program titled “The Wanted Life,” will air on E! starting in June. The show will focus on the the five members of the band, Max George, Jay McGuiness, Nathan Sykes, Siva Kaneswaran and Tom Parker as they move to the Hollywood Hills in order to record their third album. The Wanted boys will live together and “taken on all that LA has to offer” says the press release.
