Yesterday, we saw a picture that Miley Cyrus supposedly posted on Instagram, in which she’s smoking a nice-sized blunt. At the time, we couldn’t verify that the photo came from Miley’s Instagram account. And now we know why. Miley Tweeted, quote, “I don’t have an Instagram. Why is everybody trippin. My timeline is blowing up. Everything’s all good in my life just in a creative space right now.” Does that mean that’s not really Miley smoking pot in the photo? The smoke does obscure the person’s face, so it could totally be somebody else.
But if you look at the smoker’s right hand, you’ll see an equal sign tattoo on the ring finger. The “real” Miley just happens to have that same tattoo in the same place. She got it almost two years ago to signify that “all love is equal.”
Now, thanks to Drew Carey and “Us Weekly”, we have a mental image you cannot erase. Drew filled out one of those “25 Things You Don’t Know About Me” lists for the magazine, and #14 is: ”I used to have my nipples pierced.” There’s not much else terribly interesting, other than the fact that Drew has his own Buddhist shrine, doesn’t celebrate Christmas and got a 0.5 GPA in his first semester at college.

America’s Got Talent has found its new judge and without a lot of commotion! Spice Girl Mel B (aka Melanie Brown) will join the judging panel. She’ll take a seat beside Howard Stern and Howie Mandel critiquing the acts as they come across the stage. She replaces longtime judge Sharon Osbourne, who announced she was quitting the series last year after a conflict with the network over her son, Jack. Before Got Talent returns, NBC will bring back its other major talent show, The Voice, which is undergoing some judging changes too adding Shakira and Usher to the mix while Cee Lo and Christina take the spring off.

London’s Wireless Festival will feature Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z as headliners this year and though they’re slated for different nights, July 12th and July 13th, you can bet that they will be meeting up for a rendition of “Suit & Tie” for the fans. Announced on the bill with Timberlake so far are Frank Ocean, Miguel, John Legend, Snoop Dogg and Trey Songz, while rita ora, Kendrick Lamar, Calvin Harris and, once again, Miguel are some of the names that have popped up for Jay-Z’s performance.
Angelina Jolie may have gotten just a box of breath mints for Valentine’s Day from her live in lover, Brad Pitt, but she’s the one who came through with the goods. According to the National Enquirer, Angie ordered Brad an X-rated coffee table book called, “Suicide Girls: Hard Girls, Soft Light.” Their new book features hundreds of tough, tattooed punk-rock types baring it all under the angelic glow of daylight. A source says that Angelina thought the girls featured in the book were reminiscent of her own younger days.
While it was circulating that Kim Kardashian was going to quit her reality show after this next upcoming season, it seems Kanye West’s baby mama was just being misinterpreted. An interview in Dujour magazine had a quote from Kim saying, “there’s always an evolution of what you want to do in life.” On Wednesday, Kim set the record straight saying she is very proud of the show and will be staying on until at least season 10. Kim also noted that the show continues to be her “number 1 priority,” adding that it remains “a big part of my life and I enjoy every moment of it.” Season eight of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” will debut this July.

Mike Tyson and his wife are suing financial advisers they claim embezzled more than $300,000 from them and ultimately cost them around $5 million.Tyson filed the suit against SFX Financial Advisory Management Enterprises today in L.A. and in the docs, obtained by TMZ, he claims SFX advisor Brian Ourand siphoned off the money from his accounts. Additionally, the Tysons claim Ourand purposely gave them “deceptive and faulty financial advice.” According to the suit, Ourand has quite the pedigree — having represented several other superstar athletes like Allen Iverson, Dikembe Mutombo, and Juwan Howard.
Tyson, and his attorney Mark Geragos, claim Ourand’s scheme, which they discovered in 2011, has stopped Tyson from digging out of the bankruptcy he filed 10 years ago — and set him back $5 mil. For example, in the lawsuit, Tyson claims the embezzlement forced him to mortgage his house to pay bankruptcy lawyers — and he also had to borrow money to pay the IRS.
In the docs, Tyson says SFX admitted Ourand embezzled the $300k returned a portion of the funds — and then tried to get the Tysons to sign a settlement. The Tysons turned down that offer … and are now suing SFX and Ourand for the $5 mil. Ourand no longer works for SFX, and according to the docs he’s living comfortably in Miami and working for another financial advisory firm.
